1. Datos Recopilados
When you register: name, email, country and, if you want, phone (optional). Your password is stored encrypted. When you use the platform: the IP address and browser of each login, and the analyses you run. When you pay: the PayPal payment ID and amount; your card or account details are handled by PayPal and never reach us.
2. Uso de la Información
We use the data to give you access, provide support, notify you of important service matters and meet the tax obligations of payments. The legal basis is the contract you accept when registering and, for payments, legal obligation. We do not sell or share your data. Providers that process it on our behalf: PayPal (payments) and the site hosting and email provider. This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
3. Retention and security
Account data is kept while you have an account; if you ask us to delete it, it is erased except payment records, which the law requires us to keep. Login IPs and browsers are deleted after 12 months. We apply technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
4. Derechos del Usuario
You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@jupitertrader.com. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
